Return and right of withdrawal

Due to the pandemic, we do not take returns on textile products.

Sales made through our website are sales subject to the Law on the Protection of the Consumer and the Regulation on Distance Contracts and apply the provisions of this law-regulation.

The products you will return comply with the following conditions, which will ensure that the transactions are completed quickly:

You must contact us and notify us in line with the contact information on our website regarding the product you are returning. Products sent without a return notification will be sent back to the customer.

Return requests are not accepted in cases where the labels on the boxes of the products affixed by the importer or the manufacturer are torn or the vacuum or gelatinous packaging is opened.

The return must be made within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date of the purchased product without the packaging being opened, destroyed, spoiled and the product unused.

After the products have been removed from their original packaging and used, the 14-day withdrawal period does not apply for return requests and the product is definitely not accepted back.

According to Article 4 of the Law on the Protection of the Consumer, "Goods that are in violation of the qualifications included in the promotion and user manual or advertisements and announcements or that contain material, legal or economic deficiencies that reduce the benefits expected by the consumer in terms of their intended use are considered as defective goods. If the customer reports defective goods within 30 days from the delivery date of the goods, he has the right to return the product, discount the price, free exchange or free repair.” .

In order to benefit from the above-mentioned rights by reporting the Defective Goods;

If the features of the product are different from those specified in its promotion, or if there are deficiencies that reduce the benefit the customer expects from the product, the product is classified as defective.

The customer must notify the defective goods within 30 days.

In the Defective Goods notification, the importer of the product determines whether there is a usage error with a report. If it is determined that the fault of the user, the customer, can not benefit from the law.

According to Article 8 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods without taking any responsibility and without giving any reason, within fourteen days from the date of receipt of the product. Accordingly, the customer has the right to return the product without any reason within 14 days after receiving it.


If there is no error, inaccuracy or defect in the product we have sent, if you send it back to us as we sent you within a week without opening the package, your product return can be accepted . Product returns are accepted within 14 days from the order.
Returns such as broken, damaged, wrong or missing products will be accepted if a report is kept while the courier is at your door. The signature that you have received the package from the cargo company is a signature that indicates that you have received the product undamaged and correctly. The cargo company will be deemed to have completed its task from the moment you sign the delivery. For this reason, open the package and check it while the courier is at the door. Return invoices of products sold by institutions, product return without originals of invoices issued to individuals
Returned product costs are returned to you after we receive the product. The transfer of the product price to your account varies according to the bank you work with, we have no right to interfere with this period.
The return shipping fee of the products delivered without any problems belongs to the buyer, in other cases to us.
